Lupin Berry Breakfast Bowl

Lupin Flakes  1 tablespoon (5g)
Frozen banana 1 medium
Low fat milk/ calcium-enriched almond milk ½ cup (125ml)
Your choice of berries, save some for topping ½ cup

  1. Toast lupin flakes in dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Take care to not burn them. Save a small amount for topping.
  2. Add remaining lupin flakes, frozen banana, milk, and berries into blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowl and top with remaining berries and lupin flakes.

Add chopped nuts, goji berries, your favourite cut fruits for a variety of vitamins and minerals!
