Lupin Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
Lupin Flakes | 1 tablespoon (5g) |
Frozen banana | 1 medium |
Low fat milk/ calcium-enriched almond milk | ½ cup (125ml) |
Your choice of berries, save some for topping | ½ cup |
Method
- Toast lupin flakes in dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Take care to not burn them. Save a small amount for topping.
- Add remaining lupin flakes, frozen banana, milk, and berries into blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and top with remaining berries and lupin flakes.
